Terms of Service

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the Service only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@teammramrmontassermathigcse.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in a way that harms the Service or other users.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with the Service's security or operation.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute course materials or other content without our written permission.
• Share your account access with others or impersonate any person or entity.

The Service lets you upload content such as files, photos, audio recordings, and messages (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service (for example, delivering your homework to a teacher or teaching assistant for grading).

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

We provide educational materials, courses, grading, and feedback to support learning. While we work hard to deliver quality instruction, we do not guarantee any specific academic result, grade, or exam outcome, which depend on many factors including individual effort.

Some courses or features may require payment. Where fees apply, they will be described before you enrol. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change our fees from time to time, with notice for future purchases.

The Service, including its courses, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Amr Montasser's Team and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your own User Content, you may not use our content outside the Service without our written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. Please review it carefully.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example Google Firebase for notifications and our hosting infrastructure). We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services, and their use may be subject to their own terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amr Montasser's Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Egypt.
